Refund policy

We have a 24 hours quick return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. For more refer refund policies. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@aksharcrafts.com If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email. In case of wrong product delivery, please contact Akshar Crafts at hello@aksharcrafts.com. We will send you the return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any question related to replacement at hello@aksharcrafts.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, it’s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement request, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive a confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. However you will get refund in your account in 7 days after we evaluate the received product.
